Returns & Refunds Policy

Craig Henderson Gallery wants you to be pleased with the artwork you purchase. Because photographic prints, framed artwork, metal prints, and canvas prints may be produced specifically for an individual order, the following policies apply.

Made-to-Order Artwork

All products offered by Craig Henderson Gallery are produced after an order is placed. Because these items are made to order, returns or exchanges for a change of mind may not be available once production has begun.

Please carefully review the photograph, size, material, framing option, and other selections before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Craig Henderson Gallery promptly through the Contact Us page.

Please retain the artwork and all original packaging. You may be asked to provide photographs showing the damage to the artwork and/or shipping package so that the problem can be documented with the printer or shipping carrier.

When a verified production defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error has occurred, an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution will be arranged.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an artwork, size, or product type different from the item you ordered, please contact Craig Henderson Gallery promptly so the problem can be corrected.

Color and Display Differences

Computer monitors, tablets, and phones display colors differently. Minor differences in color, brightness, contrast, or appearance between the image displayed on your screen and the finished artwork are normal and generally are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Craig Henderson Gallery as soon as possible.

Because artwork may enter production shortly after an order is received, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending upon the payment provider or financial institution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
